Freezemobile Freeze Dryers

VirTis Freezemobile series freeze dryers are designed with flexibility and convenience in mind. Their broad selection of options can enable multiple users to configure the same system for a wide range of different applications.

An extensive range of standard, single and multi-tier horizontal “T” type stainless steel manifolds with ¾” taps for drying multiple flasks simultaneously are available. Custom manifolds to suit particular requirements can be provided. With the optional, integrated shell freezing bath the Freezemobile system provides a compact, complete flask processing system.

The Freezemobile is also perfectly suited for vial or bulk drying in trays with a range of large diameter drum manifolds including bulk, stoppering assembly and heated rack options. Condenser options are either 25 litre or 35 litre capacity with a choice of condenser temperatures to best suit the application. Further retrofit options also provide increased processing capabilities, with multiple temperature controlled shelves and stoppering options available via the Unitop Drying Chamber.

The VirTis Freezemobile comes with the intuitive and easy-to-use Sentry 2.0 control system as standard. This powerful system offers a wide range of control features to meet virtually any application’s requirements. Vacuum levels, condenser temperature, ambient room temperature and component status are all displayed on a clear LCD display, while alarms warn of any unwanted process deviations. It can also be connected to a printer or PC for process documentation.
